Performance features
- 1One single drum can be fitted with three types of tanks to adapt to different separation processes
- 2Semi-countercurrent tank: suitable for wet roughing and cleaning of strongly magnetic minerals with particle size 0.5-0 mm, especially for cleaning of 0.15-0 mm fine minerals
- 3Counter-current tank: suitable for wet roughing and scavenging of strongly magnetic minerals with particle size 0.6-0 mm, especially for heavy-medium recovery in coal washing plants
- 4Downstream tank: suitable for roughing and cleaning of minerals with particle size 6-0 mm
- 5Semi-countercurrent tanks and downstream tanks can be used in series to improve concentrate grade
- 6The magnetic system is made of high-quality ferrite or composite rare-earth magnetic steel. Average magnetic induction intensity on drum surface ranges from 100 mT to 600 mT
- 7Downstream, semi-countercurrent and counter-current types with different surface magnetic-field strengths are available per customer requirements
Working principle
Composite magnetic system consists of high-performance NdFeB rare-earth magnets and ferrite magnets. It features high magnetic-field strength, deep magnetic penetration and low demagnetization risk. Therefore, the equipment delivers large throughput, strong adaptability to production fluctuation and excellent separation performance.
