Working principle

The system is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centralized electric control cabinet. Cone crusher and dust removal equipment can be equipped. Large-size stone materials are evenly fed from the hopper into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are conveyed by belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing. The finely crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen for classification. Several specifications of finished stones are separated. Qualified stones are transported to the finished-product stockpile via finished-product belt conveyor. Unqualified materials are returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing through belt conveyor to realize repeated closed-circuit circulation.
