Working principle
The motor of the shaking table drives the belt pulley through belt transmission, which rotates the crankshaft and causes the rocker to move up and down. When the rocker moves downward, ore materials enter through the feed launder onto the inclined table surface with riffles. The water trough of the shaking table provides transverse impact water. Thus, while vibrating and washing simultaneously, minerals with different specific gravities, particle sizes and densities flow out in different directions from the concentrate outlet and tailings outlet on the table surface, directly forming high-quality concentrate. With the upgrading of mine shaking tables, both the processing capacity and separation precision have been greatly improved.
