Working principle

It is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. Materials fall vertically from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating impeller. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide and crush at high speed with another part of materials distributed around the impeller in an umbrella shape. After mutual collision, the materials form a vortex between the impeller and the casing, and are crushed through multiple mutual impacts and friction. They are discharged directly from the lower part, forming a closed-circuit multiple cycle. The required finished particle size is controlled by screening equipment.
