Performance features

  1. 1Mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, thickener and dryer. Combined with feeder, hoist and conveyor, it forms a complete mineral processing production line
  2. 2Mined ore is first crushed by the jaw crusher, then evenly fed into the ball mill through the hoist and feeder for crushing and grinding
  3. 3Fine ore material ground by the ball mill enters classification; the spiral classifier cleans and classifies based on different settling speeds of solid particles with different specific gravities
  4. 4The cleaned and classified mineral mixture passes through the magnetic separator where magnetic substances are separated by magnetic force and mechanical force
  5. 5The mineral particles initially separated by the magnetic separator are fed into the flotation machine where different reagents separate target minerals from other substances
  6. 6After separation, the target minerals are thickened by the thickener and dried by the dryer to obtain dry minerals

Working principle

The mineral processing production line is mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, thickener and dryer. Mined ore is first crushed, then ground in the ball mill, classified, magnetically separated, floated with reagents, thickened and dried to obtain final products.
