Performance features

  1. 1The vibrator is mounted above the center of gravity. Material follows elliptical motion trajectory. At feed end, the major ellipse axis forms an acute angle with screen deck to accelerate material flow and prevent feed-end material accumulation. At discharge end, it forms an obtuse angle to slow down material velocity for inspection screening. Material on deck achieves approximate equal-thickness screening, raising throughput by 10%
  2. 2Vertical block-eccentric vibrator structure increases exciting force while reducing vibrator weight. It lowers bearing load and dynamic load of the screen, and mitigates impact on screening building and foundation when passing through resonance zone
  3. 3Steel-structure torsion-shear high-strength bolts are fully adopted for connections among side plates, reinforcing plates, cross beams and stiffening beams, delivering higher connection strength than ring-groove rivets and facilitating component replacement
  4. 4Rubber springs are applied for screen support. Compared with metal springs, they feature long service life, corrosion resistance, stable resonance-zone passing, low noise and minor foundation impact
  5. 5Flexible coupling connects motor and vibrator for long service life

Working principle

The pulp distributor divides feed into three streams for sectional simultaneous feeding. The screen mesh is fixed on the spring-supported floating screen frame. The vibrator is installed at the upper-middle part of screen frame to drive frame vibration directly.
