Application range
Applied for dewatering of concentrate and tailings in non-ferrous metal, rare metal, ferrous metal and non-metallic mines; dewatering of oxides, electrolytic slag, leaching slag and furnace slag in chemical industry; environmental treatment of sewage, sludge and waste acid. Suitable for materials with fineness from -200 mesh to -450 mesh and various ultra-fine materials

Working principle
Suction zone: Filter plate immersed in slurry adsorbs a layer of filter cake under capillary action combined with vacuum pressure. Filtrate passes through filter plate, enters distribution valve and flows to the discharge tank. Washing zone: Spray washing is applied to the filter cake after it rotates out of the slurry tank. Drying zone: Filter cake continues to be dewatered under high vacuum force. Discharging zone: Scraper automatically discharges the filter cake under non-vacuum condition. Backwashing: Industrial water or filtrate enters ceramic plate through distribution valve and cleans it from inside to outside.
