Performance features
- 1The main shaft is side-hung on the frame. The bearing body features compact structure, easy installation and good verticality
- 2The impeller adopts conical cross-section, and the stator is radial-arranged. It has low wear, long service life and strong agitation force
- 3The U-shaped cell body reduces ore sedimentation at the tank bottom. The main-shaft assembly is compact; the stator is mounted on the cell bottom for easy installation. Low installed power, achieving 50% energy saving compared with Type-A flotation machine
- 4Evenly-dispersed air bubbles, good air distribution, stable froth, favorable particle suspension performance and high recovery rate
Working principle
Based on the differences in physico-chemical properties of mineral surfaces, valuable minerals are separated by agitation and aeration to obtain target minerals.
